RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Jewelrystlfiles.com sells exclusively digital design files (STL, 3DM, OBJ formats) delivered via instant electronic download. No physical products are shipped.
NO RETURNS POLICY
Due to the nature of digital products, returns are not accepted once files have been downloaded or download links have been issued.
Non-returnable items include:
- STL files
- 3DM files
- OBJ files
- All other digital design files
- File bundles and collections
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final, subject to your statutory rights under applicable law. Refunds are not provided for digital products after purchase and delivery except as required by law.
Exceptions – Refunds or Replacements May Be Offered:
We will consider refund or replacement requests only in the following circumstances:
- Corrupted or Defective Files – The file is damaged and cannot be opened or used
- Wrong File Delivered – You received a different file than what you ordered
- Technical Delivery Issues – Verified technical problems prevented you from downloading the file
- Duplicate Charges – You were charged multiple times for the same order
To request a refund or replacement:
- Contact us within 14 days of purchase
- Provide your order number
- Describe the specific issue with supporting details (screenshots if applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
NO REFUNDS FOR:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Accidental purchases
- Lack of software compatibility (file specifications are listed on product pages)
- Inability to use the files due to lack of technical knowledge or equipment
- Dissatisfaction with design after download
- Files that have already been successfully downloaded
Please review product descriptions, file formats, and technical requirements carefully before purchasing.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders cannot be cancelled after payment is processed because digital files are delivered immediately via automated email.
If you have not yet received your download link, contact us immediately and we may be able to assist.
FILE REPLACEMENT
If you experience issues with corrupted files or download problems within 14 days of purchase, we will provide a replacement download link at no additional charge.
After 14 days, replacement requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
EU CUSTOMERS — STATUTORY RIGHTS
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
However, by completing your purchase and requesting immediate access to digital content, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital files and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the download link has been issued or the download has begun.
This waiver applies to all digital files including STL, 3DM, and OBJ formats.
Defective Digital Content (EU Digital Content Directive 2019/770)
If the digital content is defective, you retain your statutory rights under EU law, including the right to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) regardless of the timeframes stated elsewhere in this policy.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
