OVERVIEW

Welcome to Jewelrystlfiles.com, operated by AB CAD Design. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We sell digital jewelry design files (STL, 3DM, OBJ formats) for 3D printing and manufacturing. All sales are final upon download.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT

  • You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase from us
  • You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and payment information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • Accounts are non-transferable

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND LICENSING

What You Purchase:
You are purchasing a limited, non-exclusive license to use our digital design files for personal or commercial manufacturing purposes.

License Grant:

  • You may use the files to create physical jewelry products for sale
  • You may modify the files for your own manufacturing needs
  • Files are for your use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared in digital form

License Restrictions:

  • You may NOT resell, share, distribute, or transfer the digital files to any third party
  • You may NOT claim the designs as your own original work
  • You may NOT upload the files to file-sharing platforms or marketplaces
  • Mass production rights may require a separate commercial license (contact us for details)

Intellectual Property:
All design files, images, and content remain the intellectual property of AB CAD Design. You are granted a license to use, not ownership of the designs.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any order
  • Payment must be received and processed before files are delivered
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once download links are issued
  • You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize charges to your payment method

4. DIGITAL DELIVERY

  • Files are delivered via email download link immediately upon payment confirmation
  • Download links are active for 30 days and allow up to 3 downloads
  • You are responsible for downloading and storing files securely
  • We are not responsible for lost files after successful delivery
  • Check your spam folder if you don't receive the email within 5 minutes

5. REFUNDS AND RETURNS

No Refunds Policy:
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once download links are issued. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for downloaded files.

Exceptions:

  • If files are corrupted or defective, contact us within 7 days for a replacement
  • If you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 14 days for a refund
  • If you did not receive your download link, contact us for redelivery

6. FILE QUALITY AND COMPATIBILITY

  • Files are provided "as is" and are optimized for professional 3D printing
  • We do not guarantee compatibility with all 3D printers or software
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary software and equipment
  • File specifications and requirements are listed on each product page
  • We are not responsible for printing errors, material costs, or manufacturing outcomes

7. PROHIBITED USES

You may not:

  • Share, resell, or distribute the digital files in any format
  • Use the files for unlawful purposes
  • Reverse-engineer or claim the designs as your own
  • Upload files to public repositories, torrent sites, or file-sharing platforms
  • Use automated tools to scrape or download content from our site
  • Violate any intellectual property rights

Violation of these terms may result in account termination and legal action.

8. PRIVACY AND DATA

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

We use Shopify as our e-commerce platform. Shopify may collect and process data about your use of our site to provide services to you.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our site may contain links to third-party websites or services (including payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

DIGITAL FILES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT FILES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, COMPATIBLE WITH ALL SYSTEMS, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC MANUFACTURING NEEDS.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AB CAD DESIGN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR FILES OR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MANUFACTURING COSTS, LOST PROFITS, OR MATERIAL WASTE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC FILE IN QUESTION.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AB CAD Design from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of any law, or infringement of third-party rights.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hooghly, West Bengal, India.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time without notice for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use downloaded files may be revoked.
