Fresh Designs, Same Precision Standard
We are excited to announce the latest additions to the Jewelrystlfiles.com catalog — a curated collection of premium pavé and push setting jewelry CAD files, engineered to our full production standard and available for instant digital download in STL, 3DM, and OBJ formats.
Whether you are a manufacturer scaling a pavé band collection, a designer building halo engagement ring options, or a casting house sourcing push setting files for a new season — these new arrivals are built for your workflow.
What Is Pavé Setting? A Quick Refresher
Pavé (from the French word for “paved”) is a stone-setting technique where small gemstones are set closely together across a metal surface, held in place by tiny beads or prongs of metal pushed over each stone's girdle. The result is a surface that appears entirely covered in glittering stones — maximum brilliance, minimal visible metal.
Pavé setting is one of the most technically demanding techniques in jewelry manufacturing, requiring:
- Mathematically precise stone seat spacing and depth
- Correct bead geometry for the setter to push over each stone
- Optimized metal distribution to prevent cracking during setting
- Consistent surface flow across curved shanks and halo profiles
Our new pavé CAD files are engineered to meet all of these requirements — straight out of the box.
What Is Push Setting?
Push setting — also known as bead setting — is the individual stone-setting technique that underlies pavé work. Each stone is secured by pushing tiny beads of surrounding metal over its girdle using a graver or pusher tool. Push setting is used across a wide range of jewelry styles, from dense pavé surfaces to individual accent stones on shanks, halos, and gallery rails.
Our push setting files are designed with:
- Individual stone seats sized to standard round brilliant dimensions from 1.0 mm to 2.5 mm
- Bead placement geometry built into the 3D model for consistent setter reference
- Metal wall thickness optimized to allow bead raising without cracking
- Surface flow engineered for smooth, consistent setting across the entire piece
New Arrivals: Pavé Collection Highlights
Full Pavé Eternity Bands
Our new full pavé eternity band files feature mathematically spaced 1.3 mm and 1.5 mm round brilliant seats across a continuous band profile. Available in flat, court, and knife-edge shank profiles. Stone seats are calibrated for direct casting and setting — no post-cast seat cutting required.
Micro-Pavé Halo Engagement Rings
New halo engagement ring files with micro-pavé halo profiles featuring 1.0 mm and 1.1 mm stone seats. The halo geometry is built on a separate layer in the 3DM file, making it easy to swap center stone sizes from 0.25 ct to 1.0 ct in Rhino or MatrixGold. Shank options include plain, split-shank, and pavé-set shank variants.
Pavé Curved Wedding Bands
Curved shadow bands designed to sit flush against a solitaire or halo engagement ring. Available in single-row and double-row pavé configurations, with stone seats sized for 1.2 mm and 1.5 mm round brilliants. Curvature profiles match our standard solitaire shank geometry for a perfect stack.
Cluster Pavé Rings
Statement cluster ring designs featuring a central pavé cluster head on a plain or pavé shank. The cluster geometry uses a mixed stone size layout — 1.5 mm center stones surrounded by 1.0 mm accent stones — for a high-brilliance, fashion-forward aesthetic.
New Arrivals: Push Setting Collection Highlights
Push Setting Solitaire Shanks
Classic solitaire ring shanks with push-set accent stones along the shoulder. Available in four-prong and six-prong head configurations, with 1.2 mm push-set stones on the upper shank shoulders. Compatible with our standard round brilliant head files for easy assembly in Rhino.
Push Setting Bangle Bracelets
Solid and hollow bangle designs with push-set stone rows along the top surface. Stone seats sized for 1.5 mm and 2.0 mm round brilliants, with bead geometry built in for direct casting and setting. Available in oval and round bangle profiles.
Push Setting Pendant Drops
Drop pendant designs with push-set stone halos around a center bezel or prong-set stone. The pendant body features a clean push-set stone border with 1.0 mm seats, and includes a bail geometry sized for standard chain widths.
File Formats Included
